Vendor Assurance : Search, Select and develop co-packers and co-manufacturers for customers

What we do :
• Together we define the needs, the objectives and we validate the “brief”– our mission.
• We will work out the “product” & “supplier” technical contracts
• In regards to your standards we will validate your “Vendor assurance” programme.

Our Contribution : a 4 step approach
Step 1. Search :
Based upon the product and technical specification we will deliver a list of potential suppliers.
Our contribution could stop here, if not we move to step 2.

Step 2. Selection :
After having selected 2-3 serious candidates, completed the “pre-evaluation sheet” and the confidentiality document, we will visit the suppliers and evaluate them.
A full report will be issued to you for each supplier and together we will review each one and select the supplier to go with.

Step 3. Validation :
The selected candidate will be audited against international standards or your standards as specified in the contract.
Generally the best practice audit will cover areas such as: Safety, Quality, Hygiene, Microbiology, Environment, House keeping)
A continuous action plan will be issued and monitored to ensure that all non-compliances are addressed.

Step 4. Operation :
- Validation and sign off of the Commercial / Technical contract (Product, standards, controls)
- Support during the product development phase
- Development of control sheets “quality & production”
- Introduction of performance indicators and reporting sheets.
