Change Management : Introduce, challenge and optimise business processes

Together we will rationalise your organisation, formalise the processes and clarify Roles & Responsibilities.
Our objective is to support you in your cost; lead-time reductions programme and increase the overall performance of your company.

To ensure we focus on the right improvement points and we set-up the priorities, we have a 3 step approach:

Step 1 - The Strategic thinking:
The « short diagnostic » is an opportunity study to identify the concerns, understand the organisation and the business environment.
The « Scope » is to clarify and validate the needs, to define the targets and will help us to develop the proposition (Requirements, specification).

We will set-up the steering team and the project team.
We will take the facilitator’s role. Our fresh eyes view and our experience will help the leaders and the teams in managing the project.

Step 2 - The study:
Diagnostic:     Critical Analysis of the current status ( interviews, value stream mapping,..)
Activities :        Identify the causes, the solutions and set-up tests
Recommend and select a solution.

The project team will use a formalised “Project Management” tool.
Before moving to step 3, the steering team will have to take the “GO/NOGO” decision.

Step 3 - The implementation:
Introduce the selected solution and the attached action plan, and follow the performance indicators. The performance indicators were developed in step 2.

Formalisation :
The Procedures manual
The full set of optimised operating procedures will be formalised and kept in an Operating manual (paper or digital).
Each procedure will include: an identity sheet, a flow charts and the description of actions, products, controls etc.
