Accountabilities : • Support the Business growth by integrating the potential of external network • Ensure we deliver the strategy; cash, positive contribution to growth and increase speed to market without compromising Quality. • Ensure we have a set of reliable / self-sufficient suppliers, which produce products to the agreed Q&FS standards. • Define / Develop a set of tools to enable the above (KPI, scorecards for CI)
My Key deliveries : • Manage remotely a team of 10 managers across Europe, • 160 suppliers (co-packers, co-manufacturers, Licensors) 3 categories, Europe & Asia. • Each category as 3 to 6 segments and 4/5 technologies, combined 5000+ SKU’s • 650 Mio € supply costs , 3 Mio € Licensing Revenue, 17% of European NSV • Contribute to the 20 Mio€ savings over the last 3 years

Accountabilities : • Optimise and maintain a set of suppliers across Europe • Ensure all markets follow the developed business processes • Extend Globally the tools / systems I developed for my Region • Remote Management.
My Key deliveries : • Introduced a set of harmonise tools / systems such as “Auditing tool, supplier standards, Technical contracts, Score cards with Key performance Indicators to drive CI (Continuous Improvement) • Integrate year after year the Drinks , the ice cream division (50 suplliers) • Harmonise the External activity management process and get alignment with the markets (25 markets) including CIS and Middle East

• 60 K Tonnes of product per annum, direct team of 5 shift managers & 150 operators • Deliver production plans and objectives in terms of costs, quantity and quality • Manage, develop, coach, motivate a shift of 50 technicians and operators.

• Direct costing & Operational performance management, define and development of key performance indicator to support the manufacturing strategy. • Develop and challenge the 3 years capital investment plan, and calculated the returns. • Site output, close to 100 K Tonnes, with an 300mio € asset base, and a annual investment base of 1Mio€. • Ensure site security, cleaning, warehousing and all office services are done in an efficient, safe and quality way. • Support production, by having a calibre team, well trained, efficient and engaged. • Ensure all breakdown and exceptions are recorded to support continuous improvement and effective planned maintenance. • Motive and manage a tea of 30 technicians and 10 external contractors. Remote management as they work on shifts and during week-ends. Ensure best organisation is always in place.
