Thousands of companies are producing “Private Label” products for Trade partners today. To minimise the risks, the trade has developed their own standard, validating auditing bodies and communicate with the producers how they have to conform to them. To get contract and volume they will have to have the certification.
Over the years, a lot of companies have reduced or stopped their own brands to focus on Private Label products and know these requests become a MUST.
Despite that all are producing good quality products, it becomes urgent to review, update and integrate these new requests.
It will be a strategic move. IFS/BRC means volume, growth and survival.
